Welcome to the Face of Congeniality Nigeria 2023 Boot Camp! We are excited to have you as part of this transformative experience. Below are some important guidelines to help you make the most of your boot camp journey:
Arrival and Check-In:
Please arrive at the boot camp venue on 13th December, 2023 at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Check-in at the registration desk and collect your participant ID badge and welcome package.
Dress Code:
- Arrival Outfit – Any elegant and classy outfit on heels
- White Dinner Attire – (White gown – long or short, jumpsuit, etc)
- Aerobic Attire – Black Leggins And Black Tank Top
- Aerobic Sneakers – Any Color
- Opening Sequence Gown – (To be given free HOV)
- FOCN Polo – (To be paid for – 5000)
- Blue Jean – (compulsory)
- Black Jean – (compulsory)
- Black Heel – (compulsory)
- Other Heels
- Pet Project Defence Attire
- Corporate Attire – (Blazers And Pant Trousers)
- Creative Attire – In collaboration with Fashion Designers
- Evening Gown – (compulsory)
Personal Belongings:
Carry a small bag or backpack to keep your personal belongings, such as water bottle, notepad, pen, and any necessary medications.
Note: Do not bring valuable or unnecessary items, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage.
Schedule and Sessions:
- The boot camp schedule will be provided to you upon check-in. Please familiarize yourself with the session timings and locations.
- Be punctual and attend all scheduled sessions and activities.
- Engage actively in workshops, group discussions, and mentorship sessions.
Respect and Collaboration:
- Treat fellow participants, mentors, and staff with respect and kindness.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment by actively participating and supporting others.
Mobile Devices:
- We encourage you to limit the use of mobile devices during sessions to maximize your engagement and learning experience.
- Kindly set your devices to silent or vibrate mode to minimize disruptions.
Meals and Refreshments:
- Nutritious meals and refreshments will be provided during the boot camp.
- Please inform us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Health and Safety:
- Your safety is our priority. Follow all safety guidelines provided by the boot camp staff and instructors.
- Stay hydrated and take breaks as assigned.
- Inform the boot camp staff if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or require special accommodations.
Networking and Engagement:
- Take advantage of networking opportunities during breaks and group activities.
- Connect with fellow participants, mentors, and industry professionals to build meaningful relationships.
Feedback and Evaluation:
- We value your feedback and input. Share your thoughts, suggestions, and experiences with the boot camp coordinators and mentors.
- Participate actively in feedback sessions and evaluations.
