At Face of Congeniality Nigeria (FOCN), we remain committed to nurturing the next generation of visionary African leaders, and our latest initiative, the Mastermind Program, is a powerful extension of that mission.
Designed as an intensive two-day leadership and empowerment experience, the Mastermind Program equips young Africans with critical skills in self-development, digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and societal impact. By gathering forward-thinking individuals in an environment rich with learning and mentorship, we aim to activate potential, ignite passion, and build lasting transformation.
Speaking on the heart behind the initiative, our Founder and President, Obianuju Princess Duru, shared:
“We believe that true empowerment comes from equipping young minds with the right knowledge and tools to excel. The ‘Mastermind’ program is our way of inspiring the next generation of changemakers in Africa.”
Our inaugural editions were hosted in Rivers State, Nigeria, across two incredible communities — Opobo and Port Harcourt. Both locations welcomed us with warmth, enthusiasm, and a shared desire for impact. Over the course of the program, participants engaged in powerful sessions that covered:

Financial Literacy & Leadership for Community Impact
To support ongoing growth beyond the program, over 70 smartphones were distributed to participants, tools that will empower them to stay connected, access online resources, and continue building their leadership and business ventures.
